Role Description This is a full-time, in office Account Executive role based in Surat. Responsibilities include Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, Manage Vendor Invioces, process payments, reconcile statements & ensure timely payment of obligations, Generate customer invoices, track outstanding balances, process collections & Maintain receivable records, Perform monthly bank reconciliations,



investigate discrepancies & ensure accurate recording of transactions.
Qualifications
Organizational and coordination skills for managing multiple communities, tasks, and deadlines effectively.
Basic Accounting, budgeting, and contract understanding to support association decisions and financial service.
Proficiency in common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email tools) and willingness to learn property management platforms.
Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and respond promptly to client and community needs.
Prior experience in property management or real estate is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Working Days : Monday to Friday
Timings : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
