Role Description The Warehouse Officer role at TRUE SUN TRADING COMPANY is a full time remote position responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring accurate, efficient handling of goods. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating shipping and receiving activities, monitoring stock levels, updating inventory records, and preparing documentation for orders and deliveries. The Warehouse Officer will remotely manage workflows, communicate with on-site warehouse staff and logistics partners,



and resolve discrepancies related to shipments, packing lists, and inventory counts. This role also involves maintaining compliance with safety and handling procedures, supporting process improvements, and providing timely reporting to management on warehouse performance, stock movement, and order status.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage inbound and outbound goods, verify documentation, and coordinate delivery schedules.
