Requirement: SAP PEO (Production Engineering and Operations) consultant
Exp:10+ Years
Location: Any TCS location in INDIA (WFO)
Max NP: Serving within 30days

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Hands-on configuration experience with the SAP PEO module, including BOM handling, EBOM-to-MBOM handover using Visual Enterprise Manufacturing Planner (VEMP), shop floor routings, and production models
Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, digital thread concepts, and PLM integration.
Familiarity with integrating engineering systems (PLM, PDM) with SAP ERP.




Working knowledge of related SAP modules like Production Planning (PP) and Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS).
Experience with Engineering Change Management (ECM) and Change Impact Analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in specific industries such as: aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing.
Knowledge of other SAP modules or tools, such as SAP MII, SAP ME, or SAP DMC.
Familiarity with third-party PLM tools like Teamcenter or Windchill.
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, medical devices).
Required Qualifications

Ability to travel both domestically and internationally at minimum 30%
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
