Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Noida for a Business Development Executive / Manager – Compliance & Cybersecurity. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for cybersecurity and compliance services, including prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing relationships with decision-makers. The individual will conduct client meetings and presentations, understand client requirements, and collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to propose appropriate solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely follow-up until closure. The role also requires maintaining account relationships, tracking market trends and competitors, and contributing to revenue growth and strategic business initiatives.
