Role Description
The Business Development Manager will drive BoxUp's growth in corporate and bulk gifting — the fastest-growing part of the business — by identifying new corporate accounts,



nurturing relationships with HR, admin, and procurement teams, and converting festive and occasion-based demand into repeat corporate partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target companies and event planners, generating and qualifying leads, coordinating client meetings and hamper customization discussions, preparing proposals and pricing for bulk orders, and maintaining accurate pipeline records in CRM or tracking tools. The BDM will work closely with BoxUp's design and fulfillment teams to ensure client requirements translate into on-brand, on-time gifting experiences, and will contribute to seasonal campaign planning around key gifting occasions (Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, New Year, wedding season). This is a full-time role based in office in Bengaluru (Padmanabhanagar / Kanakapura Road), requiring regular in-person collaboration with the BoxUp team.
