Role Description The Manager Costing & Pricing will lead the costing and pricing function for crushing and screening equipment, ensuring accurate cost estimation and competitive pricing strategies. This full time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves close collaboration with production, procurement, sales, and finance teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and reviewing product cost sheets, analyzing material, labor, and overhead costs, and preparing pricing proposals aligned with business margins and market conditions. The role will also involve monitoring cost variances, identifying cost optimization opportunities, supporting tender and bid processes with detailed cost breakdowns, and maintaining updated costing databases and pricing models. The manager will provide regular reports and insights to leadership, contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities, and help establish robust costing policies and procedures.
