Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with EHS policies, statutory requirements, and applicable regulations.
Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
Monitor and implement Setting, Health & Safety procedures across the plant.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and implement corrective actions.
Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency preparedness programs.
Monitor PPE compliance, fire safety, chemical handling, waste management, and emergency response systems.
Maintain EHS records, reports, permits, and statutory documentation.
Support internal and external audits,



including SMETA, ISO:14001,45001 and other compliance audits.
Coordinate with departments to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
Candidate Profile
? Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Safety / Environmental Engineering or relevant discipline
? Experience: 2–5 years in EHS, preferably in a manufacturing / FMCG / food industry
⭐ Strong knowledge of industrial safety, statutory compliance, risk assessment, and emergency management
?️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
