Role Description The Project Lead – Expansion is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, responsible for driving Curefoods’ growth across new locations and formats.



This role involves planning and executing expansion projects, including market assessments, site identification, and feasibility studies for new cloud kitchens and offline stores. The Project Lead coordinates with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, supply chain, and brand to ensure timely launch, alignment with business goals, and operational readiness. Day-to-day activities include managing project timelines and budgets, tracking key performance indicators, resolving execution challenges, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The role also requires building relationships with external partners (e.g., landlords, vendors, local authorities) and continuously improving expansion processes based on data, feedback, and market insights.
