Maxwell Slitter Industries, Rajpura is looking for an experienced Vacuum Furnace Operator to join our team urgently.
Position: Vacuum Furnace Operator
Location: Rajpura, Punjab
Experience: Preferably 2–5 years in vacuum furnace / heat-treatment operations
Joining: Immediate / short notice preferred
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor vacuum heat-treatment furnace
Set and follow required heating, soaking and cooling cycles
Load and unload components safely and correctly
Monitor temperature, vacuum level and furnace parameters
Maintain proper records of furnace cycles and production
Follow quality, safety and maintenance procedures
Identify and report furnace/process abnormalities
Candidate Profile
Previous experience operating a vacuum furnace is preferred
Basic understanding of heat-treatment processes
Technically sound and safety-conscious
Able to work independently and responsibly
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production or related field preferred
? Salary: Negotiable – based on experience and technical skills
? Location: Rajpura, Punjab
