Role Description The Technical Business Development Manager – Engineering Simulation is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Indore Area.



This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective and existing clients, and promoting CAE-driven engineering solutions across targeted industries. The person in this position will manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, technical discussions, proposal development, and contract negotiation, in close collaboration with the engineering team. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, coordinating project scoping and timelines, aligning client requirements with simulation services, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention. The role also includes preparing technical-commercial presentations, supporting marketing initiatives, tracking market trends in engineering simulation, and contributing to growth strategies for InternGrad Solutions.
