Overview: Beanstalkedu Services Private Limited,an award winner leader in the ECCE EdTech space in India, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Executive. This role involves a blend of B2B and B2C sales, including SaaS subscription selling, course selling, franchise selling, and educational counselling. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual capable of nurturing leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation: Actively generate and pursue sales leads for our range of products, including SaaS subscriptions, educational courses, and franchise opportunities.
Customer Engagement: Engage with B2B and B2C clients through various channels (phone, email, webinars, virtual meetings) to understand their needs and recommend suitable Beanstalkedu products and services.
Product Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of our EdTech solutions to potential clients, tailoring the presentation to their specific needs.
Closing Deals: Skillfully negotiate and close sales,



ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about the latest trends in the ECCE and EdTech industry, and use this knowledge to identify new sales opportunities.
Feedback & Reporting: Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on client interactions, and maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Prefer experience in inside sales, preferably in the EdTech, ECCE, or related industry.
Prefer experience in selling SaaS products, educational courses, and franchise models.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
