Job Purpose : We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator with robust project management and communication skills to join our diverse team.
As an LMS Administrator, you will act as a key link between the learning functions and customers all over the world. You will play a critical role in managing learning offerings across different countries, ensuring alignment with multiple stakeholders including customers. This role requires strong collaboration, communication, project management, data management, and reporting skills.





Primary duties and responsibilities :
• Learning Management System Administration: Implement training programs in the LMS, ensure they are accurately maintained, generate and analyze reports to track training outcomes and support decision-making.
• Project Management: Plan and organize multiple internal and external training programs across diverse businesses simultaneously, ensure adherence to quality benchmarks, deadlines and budgets.
• Training Organization: Create effort estimation and offers, book rooms and catering, set up virtual meetings, ensure smooth participant management, ensure accurate billing processes, and collect feedback.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, users, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.

Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
