Position Summary -
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented National Retail Sales Head to lead our Modern Trade, E-Commerce, and Quick Commerce business across India.



The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in FMCG sales, key account management, and national retail operations, with a proven track record of driving business growth with leading retail chains and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities -
• Develop and execute the national sales strategy for Up-to-date Trade, E-Commerce, and Quick Commerce channels.
• Manage relationships with key retail chains including Reliance Retail, DMart, Lulu, Nature’s Basket, Spencer’s, Star Bazaar, More Retail, and other regional modern trade partners.
• Lead business development with leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart, and similar channels.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, market penetration, and brand visibility across all retail channels.
• Negotiate annual commercial agreements, promotional plans, listing fees, trade schemes, and joint busi
