What You'll Do
Handle inbound/outbound calls to assist creators and users with account, platform, and technical questions
Troubleshoot issues and guide users to quick, friendly resolutions
Log and escalate complex issues to the right internal teams
Maintain a positive, skilled tone on every call
Help improve our support processes by sharing user feedback
What We're Looking For
Strong verbal communication skills in English/Hindi (additional languages a plus)
Comfortable on the phone and handling a high volume of calls
Patient, empathetic, and solutions-oriented
Basic computer/CRM skills; quick learner on new tools
Prior customer support/call center experience is a plus, but not required
