Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets, managing lead pipelines, and coordinating property showings and client meetings. The Assistant Sales Manager will assist with preparing sales proposals, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and tracking key performance metrics.



The role includes collaborating with agents and management on local sales strategies, helping organize training and team meetings, and ensuring consistent follow-up with prospective clients. The individual will also contribute to market research, competitor analysis, and the implementation of best practices aligned with Keller Williams’ standards.
