Role Description The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will provide remote, client-centered psychotherapy and counseling services through TherapyMantra’s online platform in a part-time capacity.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individual, couples, and family sessions via secure video or chat, completing assessments, and developing treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals and needs. The counselor will maintain accurate clinical documentation, manage caseloads effectively, and coordinate care as needed with other professionals. Additional tasks may include providing crisis support within defined protocols, offering psychoeducation and self-help resources, and contributing to continuous improvement of online care delivery. The role requires adherence to ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and licensing regulations, while promoting a supportive, inclusive environment for a diverse global client base.

Qualifications
Robust foundation in Mental Health and Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-based, client-centered therapeutic approaches.
Demonstrated skills in Treatment Planning and Case Man
