Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based at the Mumbai headquarters for a Freight Forwarding Documentation Specialist. The role involves preparing and verifying export documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant shipping and customs regulations. Daily tasks include managing documentation for freight forwarding and transportation, updating shipment records,



following up on pending documents, and maintaining accurate files for audits and customer reference. The position also requires close collaboration with operations and customer service teams to resolve documentation issues, support smooth cargo movement, and provide timely updates to clients. The ideal candidate will handle multiple shipments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting strict timelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Freight Forwarding and Forwarding operations.
