InsuranceKaralo.com aims to simplify insurance discovery, comparison, advisory, and purchase for Indian consumers and businesses. We are building an AI-first insurance experience that helps customers understand their needs, discover the right products, compare options, and make better-informed insurance decisions. As India’s insurance market continues to expand, there is a massive chance to build a trusted consumer brand at the intersection of Insurance + Technology + AI + Distribution.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer who can build the brand and marketing engine from 0 → 1, validate the market, acquire the first customers, establish scalable growth channels, and eventually build InsuranceKaralo.com into a category-defining insurance brand.





Note Before Applying

This role is for InsuranceKaralo.com, an InsurTech/AI company.
This is a 10% equity-based Co-Founder role and does not offer a fixed salary initially.
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role at the current stage — there is no team management initially.
Apply only if you have strong prior experience in Insurance, InsurTech, FinTech, BFSI, or closely related consumer financial services businesses.
You should have hands-on experience in building marketing, brand, growth, customer acquisition, and GTM from 0 → 1.
We are looking for someone who has owned growth and marketing outcomes, not someone who has only managed agencies or large teams.
You should be comfortable personally running experiments, speaking with customers, building campaigns, creating partnerships, testing acquisition channels, and driving conversions.
