Role Description This is a full time, on-site IT and Automations role based in Udaipur. The role involves maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure, monitoring systems, and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth daily operations. The professional in this position will design, develop, and implement automation workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual tasks. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to understand requirements, configuring tools and scripts, documenting solutions, and optimizing existing automation frameworks.



The role may also involve basic troubleshooting of hardware and software, user support, and coordination with external vendors when needed.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including operating systems, networks, and common enterprise software.
Experience with automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, RPA platforms) to build and maintain workflows.
Strong experience with Zapier, N8N, Power automate, Power BI is required.
Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into practical automation solutions.
Familiarity with system monitoring, troubleshooting methodologies, and incident resolution.
Good documentation and organizational skills to maintain clear records of configurations and workflows.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support non-technical stakeholders.
