Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
• Prepare service job cards and explain service/repair details.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop team.
• Provide service updates and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and explain service estimates and costs.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers after service.

• Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle servicing.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
