Role Description The Sales Manager will lead sales activities for customs clearing and freight forwarding services, focusing on business development and client relationship management. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term customers.



The Sales Manager will prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and collaborate with operations teams to ensure service commitments are met. Daily tasks include maintaining a sales pipeline, tracking market trends, visiting clients, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts to leadership. The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives, participating in industry events, and continuously improving sales processes to achieve revenue and growth targets.
