Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee and grow B2B sales for healthcare and commercial fitness products, with a primary focus on the Mumbai market in an on-site,



full-time capacity. This role includes identifying and qualifying leads, managing key accounts, conducting client meetings and product presentations, and developing long-term relationships with hospitals, labs, gyms, and corporate wellness clients. The Sales Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, track performance metrics, prepare forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve negotiating contracts, handling inquiries and escalations, gathering market intelligence, and providing feedback to product and operations teams to improve offerings and service.
