Role Description The Category Buyer role at ZECODE India is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Category Buyer will manage assigned product categories, including planning assortments, tracking performance, and optimizing product mix to align with brand strategy and customer preferences. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing products, evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and commercial terms,



and coordinating contracts to ensure cost-efficient and reliable supply. The role involves analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to make informed purchasing decisions and support margin and inventory targets. The Category Buyer will collaborate with design, merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely product launches and consistent availability aligned with fashion calendars.
Qualifications
