Role Description The Strategist will work in a full-time, remote role, collaborating directly with founders and leadership teams of MSMEs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and consumer research, developing sharp brand positioning,



and crafting comprehensive go-to-market and growth strategies for the Indian market.

The role involves analyzing business performance data, identifying opportunities for category expansion, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements. The Strategist will translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations, build structured plans, and support clients through execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.

This position requires active participation in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and strategy reviews, as well as preparing high-quality presentations and documents that communicate complex ideas in a easy, compelling manner.
