Role Summary
We are looking for a strategic, solution-oriented marketing leader who can decode business challenges and transform them into insight-led, high-impact campaign strategies.
This role is ideal for a seasoned media strategist and campaign planner with solid expertise across both digital and offline media ecosystems. The ideal candidate should possess sharp commercial acumen, a deep understanding of audience behavior, and the ability to craft message-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives.
The individual will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve marketing and revenue challenges, and develop full-funnel campaigns that balance brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Problem Solving & Campaign Architecture
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges,



growth opportunities, and brand positioning gaps.
- Translate business objectives into insight-driven media strategies and communication frameworks with measurable outcomes.
- Build full-funnel campaign narratives that align messaging with audience mindset across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Develop integrated campaign architectures tailored to specific business goals and market conditions.

2. Media Planning Across Channels
- Create 360-degree media plans leveraging the most effective mix of channels including:
- Digital: Search, Social, Display, Video, Programmatic, Performance Media
- Traditional: TV, Print, Radio, OOH
- Emerging Media: OTT, Influencer Marketing, Audio, Creator Ecosystems
- Understand the strategic role of each channel within the customer journey and optimize media allocation accordingly.
