We are looking for someone who can turn these stories into visibility, engagement and perception.

The Role
You will be responsible for driving the campus-wide digital storytelling and perception-building agenda, while managing the social media and content team.
Your mandate is not simply to keep our social media handles active. It is to build a compelling digital presence that shapes how our institution is seen, understood and remembered.

Key Responsibilities
1. Build the Campus Narrative
Translate the institution's vision, strengths and distinctive initiatives into a transparent and compelling digital narrative.




Develop a continuous storytelling approach across our institutions rather than treating activities as isolated posts.
Identify stories around students, faculty, innovation, achievements, industry engagement, international exposure, campus life and institutional initiatives.
2. Own Event Storytelling
Develop a Pre → During → Post storytelling plan for key events and initiatives.
Build anticipation before events, create engagement while they are happening and extend their visibility after the event.
Move beyond event announcements and photo albums to stories centred on people, ideas, experiences and impact.
Ensure significant events contribute to the larger institutional narrative.
3. Grow Our Social Media Presence
Drive significant improvement in reach, views, engagement, followers and organic discovery across relevant platforms.
Develop platform-specific content strategies and formats.
