Role Description The Asst Mgr–HRBP (Assistant Manager–Human Resources Business Partner) is a full time,



on-site role based in Raipur. This role partners closely with business leaders and line managers to understand workforce needs, support organizational goals, and provide end-to-end HR support. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee life cycle processes, supporting talent acquisition and onboarding, facilitating performance management, and assisting with learning and development initiatives. The role also involves handling employee relations, supporting policy implementation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and contributing to HR analytics and reporting. The Asst Mgr–HRBP will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive engagement initiatives, and help embed company culture and values across the location.
