Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Experienced Campus Recruitment Training Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver training programs that prepare students for campus placements, including modules on communication skills, aptitude, group discussions, and interview readiness. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom training sessions, creating training materials and assessments, tracking student progress, and providing individualized feedback and coaching.



The role also involves coordinating with placement and academic teams to align training with recruiter expectations and organizing mock interviews, practice tests, and workshops. The trainer is expected to maintain training schedules, report outcomes, and continuously refine content based on student performance and industry trends.
Qualifications
Experience in campus recruitment training or corporate training, with a strong focus on placement readiness and employability skills.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and classroom facilitation.
Ability to design structured training modules, develop learning materials, and create assessments for aptitude, soft skills, and interview skills.
Solid mentoring and coaching abilities, including one-on-one guidance, performance feedback, and motivation of students from diverse backgrounds.
