Role Description The Customer Support Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position involves responding to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and in-app channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. Responsibilities include guiding users through the MaxPeIndia platform, assisting with payment-related issues, troubleshooting technical and account problems, and escalating complex cases to relevant teams. The representative will document interactions, monitor recurring issues,



and contribute feedback to improve processes and customer experience. The role also includes maintaining a courteous, professional tone and supporting customer education on product features, security practices, and new services.
