1.Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure across corporate offices, plants, and project sites.
2.Leading ERP implementation, configuration, testing, user training and post-implementation support.
3.Manage integration between ERP, CRM, HRMS, payroll, project management, and third-party systems.
4. Managing IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, networking, internet, Wi-Fi and other IT equipment.
5. Establishing and supporting IT infrastructure at project sites, including LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, CCTV, biometric attendance and communication systems.
6. Managing ERP users, access rights, roles and permissions.
7. Coordinating with ERP vendors/implementation partners for customization, integration, troubleshooting and system enhancements.
8. Supporting digitalization of HR, attendance, payroll, procurement, inventory, project and billing processes.
9.Lead the implementation, administration, enhancement, and support of ERP and business applications.
