Role Description The ERP Implementation Consultant – RAL Aviation role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai.



This role is responsible for leading and supporting ERP implementation projects for aviation clients, from requirements gathering and business process analysis through configuration, testing, and go-live. The consultant collaborates with CAMO, MRO, and airline stakeholders to map existing processes, recommend improvements, and ensure ERP solutions align with operational and regulatory needs. Day-to-day activities include conducting workshops, documenting functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams for customization and integration, and performing system demonstrations and user training. The role also involves providing post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, monitoring system performance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across client engagements.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to document, map, and optimize aviation-related workflows.
