Role Objective
To support the KAM in managing key accounts by driving day-to-day execution, operational excellence, and visibility deployment, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and platform stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience
Graduation from valuable college
1–2 years of experience in E-commerce / Q-commerce operations or account management
Prior exposure to platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit will be an added advantage

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

1. Account Operations Management
Manage day-to-day operational issues including:
RTVs (returns)
Expiry management
Damages and discrepancy resolution
Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely resolution

2. Promotions & Visibility Execution
Execute promo and visibility plans across platforms




Ensure:
Timely uploads
Correct configuration (pricing, duration, placement)
Identify and highlight discrepancies
Manage end-to-end promo & visibility claims, including:
Validation
Documentation
Timely settlement and reconciliation

3. Reporting & Data Management
Prepare and share DOS (Days of Stock) report daily
Upload the following on BI daily before 11 AM:
Sales & stock reports
Visibility / marketing reports

4. Forecasting & Planning Support
Work with KAM to:
Prepare and share monthly forecast files with supply chain
Support demand planning and execution

5. Execution & Task Management
Drive ClickUp tasks/activities to closure with timely updates
Proactively intervene and follow up on pending items to ensure zero delays in IO closures

6. Overall Responsibilities
FOC Management
Stock Dashboards: SOH, FG stock, shelf-life tracking and report sharing on daily basis
