Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social channels, providing timely, accurate, and courteous support to customers. Daily responsibilities include resolving order and delivery issues, assisting with product information, returns, and exchanges,



and documenting interactions in customer service systems. The role involves proactively following up on open cases, monitoring customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams (such as operations and marketing) to improve overall service quality. The representative will help maintain CarbonTree’s brand values by delivering a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer experience.
