Job Description:
Supply Chain Expert to lead end-to-end supply chain planning, optimization, and transformation initiatives across global operations, driving alignment across demand, supply, and inventory strategies to enhance service levels, cost efficiency, and overall planning effectiveness. The role involves reviewing existing APAC/GLOBAL / EMEA processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements, while evaluating business requirements against industry best practices to optimize outcomes.
Responsibilities include leading end-to-end planning across demand, supply, inventory, and distribution; driving supply-demand balancing, capacity planning, and inventory optimization; standardizing global processes; translating business needs into structured planning scenarios; performing scenario analysis to optimize cost, service, and inventory trade-offs; ensuring integration across planning functions such as Demand, Supply, S&OP;,



and Production; engaging senior stakeholders with data-driven insights; and leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Robust expertise in supply and demand planning preferably with hands-on experience in Kinaxis deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, experience in inventory optimization and capacity planning, and a proven track record in global transformation programs along with strong stakeholder management and scenario modeling capabilities. Key strengths include analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to balance trade-offs across cost, service, and inventory in complex, multi-region environments. Success in this role is measured through improved service levels, enhanced inventory efficiency, reduced planning cycle times, successful delivery of supply chain initiatives, and adoption of standardized processes and tools.
