Position: Regional Sales Manager – Unsecured Direct Sales

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Reporting To: Regional Sales Head

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage the Unsecured Direct Sales team in Vijayawada. The role involves driving business growth, managing sales performance, expanding the customer base, and ensuring achievement of business and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the unsecured direct sales team to achieve assigned targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies for personal loans, business loans, or other unsecured lending products.
Drive new customer acquisition through direct sales channels and market visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key market stakeholders.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand the market presence across the assigned region.




Ensure quality sourcing, proper documentation, and adherence to company policies and credit guidelines.
Work closely with Credit, Operations, Collections, and other internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to improve business performance.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales team members.
Ensure portfolio quality and minimize business risks through effective customer screening and process adherence.
Prepare regular business reports and provide market insights to senior management.

Candidate Profile

5–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in unsecured lending, personal loans, business loans, or BFSI.
Prior experience in managing a direct sales team is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Vijayawada and surrounding markets.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
