Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Diploma Engineer (Mechanical), based in Rajpura. The role involves supporting mechanical design, installation, and maintenance activities related to building services and project infrastructure. Daily responsibilities include assisting in machine and equipment layout, reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating with project and site teams, and monitoring mechanical works for quality and safety. The Diploma Engineer will help prepare basic CAD drawings, maintain technical documentation, and support project planning, scheduling,



and progress reporting. The role also includes troubleshooting mechanical issues, liaising with vendors and contractors, and contributing to continuous improvement of mechanical systems and processes.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with practical knowledge of mechanical systems used in real estate or industrial projects.
Ability to apply Machine Design principles to equipment selection, layout, and basic component evaluation.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating and modifying mechanical drawings and layouts.
Basic Project Management skills for coordinating tasks, tracking timelines, and supporting site execution.
Exposure to Research and Development (R&D;) or continuous improvement activities related to mechanical processes or equipment.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Good communication and teamwork skills,
