nWe are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions across the customer journey - from first walk-in to post-booking support - based out of our Mancheswar office and Saheed Nagar site office.n
n
nResponsibilitiesn
n- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, queries, and follow-upsn
n- Welcome and coordinate walk-in clients and scheduled site visitsn
n- Maintain and update customer records in the CRMn




n- Follow up with clients on documentation, payments, and booking statusn
n- Coordinate with sales, legal, and project teams to resolve client queriesn
n- Maintain long-term relationships with customers post-bookingn
n
nRequirementsn
n- Bachelor's degree in any disciplinen
n- Excellent communication skills in English and Odia; Hindi is a plusn
n- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)n
n- Presentable, customer-first attituden
n- Willingness to work across Mancheswar office and Saheed Nagar site office, including weekendsn
