Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Paid Ads Specialist. The Paid Ads Specialist manages and optimizes paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks. Daily responsibilities include building and launching campaigns, performing keyword and audience research,



setting up tracking and pixel configurations, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing data-driven optimizations to improve ROI. The role also involves A/B testing ad creatives and landing pages, collaborating with content and design teams to align messaging, reporting on campaign results, and proactively identifying new opportunities for growth. The specialist is expected to stay current with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously refine and improve paid media strategies.
Qualifications
Solid proficiency in paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
Skills in analytics, performance tracking, and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, tag managers, and platform dashboards.
