Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Leafspace’s client base across residential, commercial, and corporate segments. This position involves identifying new business opportunities,



building and maintaining relationships with architects, designers, corporate clients, and property developers, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. The role includes preparing proposals and presentations, collaborating with the design and project teams to align client requirements with service offerings, and ensuring high-quality client experience throughout the engagement. The Business Development Manager will also track market trends, contribute to pricing and go-to-market strategies, represent Leafspace at industry events, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
