Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, responsible for driving growth and expanding the customer base for genset rentals and related power solutions.



This role involves identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with industrial, commercial, and institutional clients, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with operations and service teams to design tailored solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely delivery and support. Day-to-day tasks include market research, pipeline management, visiting customer sites, attending industry events, and providing regular performance and forecast reports to leadership. The role also includes nurturing key accounts, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to strategies that enhance service quality and market presence.
