Strategic priorities

Establish product governance from consumer need and formulation through stability, compatibility, safety assessment, manufacturing transfer, release and post-market review.
Require substantiation for dermatological, clinical, natural, clean, organic, toxin-free, efficacy, sustainability and comparative claims.
Govern contract manufacturers, laboratories and ingredient suppliers through qualification, change control, batch traceability, audits and recall rights.
Track complaints, adverse reactions, returns, counterfeits, quality deviations and influencer claims by product, batch, channel and cohort.
Review launch economics after sampling, discounts, returns, influencer spend, marketplace fees, inventory, working capital and repeat purchase
