About the job
This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can manage fast-paced deliverables, collaborate across teams, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns across channels, especially within the gaming and tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client coordination and communication
Manage and track multiple projects across digital, print, and gaming-led assets
Work closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets
Understand client briefs, translate them into clear internal briefs, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Monitor timelines, manage workflows, and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards
Support campaign planning, execution, and reporting, including gaming-focused campaigns and launches
Identify potential risks or delays and proactively suggest solutions
Maintain documentation, trackers, and status reports for ongoing projects

Requirements




2–3 years of experience in an advertising/marketing agency environment
Experience working for clients/brands dealing in hardware, tech, or the consumer electronics industry is a plus
Solid project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in MS Office; AI tools to enhance efficiency; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
