We are looking for a strong SQL Server & SSIS professional with hands-on L1, L2, and L3 Production Support experience. This role is primarily focused on supporting critical production applications and ETL processes, with a mix of development and enhancement activities.

✅ 25% Development & Enhancements
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SQL Server databases and SSIS applications.
Troubleshoot production incidents, ETL failures, data load issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Analyze and resolve SQL query, stored procedure, function, trigger, and database-related issues.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Monitor SQL Server jobs, ETL processes, and production environments.
Coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve issues within SLA timelines.
Support deployments, releases, and post-release validations.




Enhance and optimize existing SQL code and SSIS packages.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server
Hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
Experience in L1/L2/L3 Production Support
SQL Query Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning
Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers
Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis
ETL Support and Failure Analysis
SQL Server Agent Jobs monitoring/support
ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools
Good to Have
Exposure to Power BI (approximately 10% of the role)
Data Warehousing concepts
Release and Deployment support
Basic PowerShell/Scripting knowledge
