Role Description The Server Manager – Windows Hosting is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role involves managing and maintaining Windows hosting servers, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and routine updates to ensure high availability and performance. The Server Manager will handle incident response, diagnose and resolve hosting and network issues,



and implement security best practices such as access control, backups, and patch management. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to support hosted applications, providing customer-facing technical assistance, documenting server configurations and procedures, and contributing to capacity planning and optimization. The individual will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives and may guide junior team members on operational standards and troubleshooting methods.
