We are looking for a hands-on Conversational AI Specialist with solid experience in Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX / Agent studio and enterprise voice-bot solutions. The candidate will design conversation flows, integrate voice bots with backend and telephony systems, and support production deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement conversational AI solutions using Google CCAI and Dialogflow CX & Agent Studio
Build conversation flows using intents, entities, routes, parameters, fulfilment and multi-turn conversations.
Translate business and contact-centre requirements into scalable Conversational AI and CCAI solution architectures.
Modernize traditional and legacy IVR systems into intelligent voice and conversational AI experiences.
Integrate Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech capabilities for enterprise voice AI applications.
Develop and integrate APIs, webhooks,



fulfilment services and backend components using Python or Node.js.
Integrate conversational AI solutions with telephony and contact-centre platforms such as NICE CXone, Cisco, Genesys or similar technologies.
Use Gemini, Vertex AI and LLMs for response generation, knowledge retrieval, reasoning and summarization.
Troubleshoot conversational AI, voice, integration and production issues.

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on development experience with Dialogflow CX and Google CCAI, including conversation flows, intents, entities, routing, fulfilment and multi-turn conversations.
Ability to define a high-level solution approach by connecting appropriate Google AI and Cloud services to solve business and contact-centre problems.
Experience with legacy IVR modernization or enterprise contact-centre transformation.
Experience with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech technologies for voice AI solutions.
