About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive international sales and business development for our agro-commodity export business.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in export sales, with a solid ability to generate enquiries, develop international buyers, negotiate deals and convert opportunities into profitable business.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new international buyers, importers, distributors and traders.
* Generate qualified export enquiries through LinkedIn, email, trade portals, databases, exhibitions and industry networks.
* Handle buyer enquiries, understand requirements and provide timely quotations.
* Negotiate prices, payment terms, specifications and delivery conditions to close profitable deals.




* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing international customers.
* Follow up with prospects consistently and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
* Research international markets to identify new products, buyers and business opportunities.
* Coordinate with procurement, logistics, quality and documentation teams for smooth execution of orders.
* Monitor market prices, demand and competitor activity.
* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, customers and sales pipeline.
* Achieve assigned sales, enquiry generation and business development targets.

Candidate Profile

* 5+ years of experience in Export Sales / International Business Development.
* Experience in Agro Commodities, Food Ingredients, Animal Feed, Spices or Merchant Export will be preferred.
* Strong international communication and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to generate enquiries and convert them into orders.
