Role Description This is a full-time, in office Service Engineer role based in the Greater Nagpur Area. The Service Engineer will provide field service support for crushing and screening equipment, including installation assistance, commissioning, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues,



performing mechanical and electrical repairs, replacing parts, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. The role involves responding to service calls, preparing service reports, coordinating with the technical and sales teams, and guiding customers on proper operation and basic maintenance. The Service Engineer will also support training activities for customer teams and contribute feedback to improve product reliability and service processes.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for heavy industrial machinery.
