You will communicate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and define requirements for sales and CRM solutions within Siemens Energy.

The role focuses on development, architecture, and project leadership on the platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to solution design, delivering projects, and ensuring alignment with business goals in a global, collaborative setting.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead technical implementation on Salesforce-related topics
Maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including business representatives, external vendors, and internal partners
Contribute to the Salesforce architecture group and support solution design




Support business units by translating requirements into user stories and scalable solutions
Promote cross-organizational collaboration and knowledge sharing
Deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring quality and alignment with business needs

What You Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Solution Architect
Experience with Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working in an international and intercultural environment
Proven delivery experience across multiple countries and locations
Salesforce certifications and Copado experience are a plus
Background in Business Analysis or Project Management is beneficial
