Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce high-quality video content across multiple formats
Short-form content (Reels, Shorts
Long-format videos (You Tube, brand films, educational content
Performance marketing creatives (ad films, conversion-focused content
Develop platform-first edits tailored to Instagram, You Tube, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
Ensure strong storytelling, smooth pacing, and engaging visual flow
Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and performance teams
Experiment with creative formats and contribute innovative editing ideas

Requirement




Minimum 2+ years of qualified video editing experience
Solid portfolio showcasing
Reels & short-form content
Long-format storytelling
Performance marketing/advertising creative
Strong understanding of social media trends and content optimization
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tool.
A keen eye for detail, transitions, sound design, and visual storytelling
Passion for video editing and a proactive creative mindset.
