Position:Manager/Sr. Manager - QA/QC

Location:Dadra

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with approved specifications.
Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
Oversee laboratory operations, testing activities, and analytical processes.
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance of analytical testing methods.
Review and approve test results, specifications, SOPs, and quality documents.
Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Manage customer complaints, investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA.
Handle deviations, non-conformances, OOS/OOT, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Monitor quality performance and identify prospects for continuous improvement.
Ensure proper calibration, maintenance,



and qualification of laboratory instruments.
Conduct and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
Develop and monitor quality KPIs and reports for management.
Train, guide, and develop the QA/QC team.
Promote a robust quality and compliance culture across the organization.
